4 steps to a healthy diet

Most of us still believe in the miracle of dieting. 2 weeks,  here  is the happiness of youth, harmony and beauty! it happens in advertising. But in reality  hunger, dissatisfaction, disappointment. What to do?


Losing weight is not difficult, but saying goodbye to excess weight is not  a physiological problem rather than a psychological one. After all, our relationship with food is quite complex. Any denial is an attack on the body. Life is already full of stress. Why are you complicating it?!

However, if you  decide to change your diet, do it  gradually and consciously with pleasure. Success depends on the spirit. There are also proven methods that can help you stop chewing  yourself and look at your unloved reflection in the mirror with another eye.

1. Forget about the fantastic pills that "promote" weight loss in the first place, and don't listen to the frenzy of people claiming to have lost weight thanks to them.

2. Keep collecting low-calorie cookbooks. Under no circumstances should you buy a pseudo-science booklet with the slogan "For those who want to lose weight."

3. Also, you don't have to work hard to achieve an ideal weight that is far from your actual weight. Sorry about my body! When evaluating your complexion and admiring body fat in general, don't lose your  mind and common sense. If all else fails, don't panic and seek advice from sober people with  the same problem. Sharing your experience would definitely be helpful.

4. Remember: you are not a model and you are unlikely to become a model in the near future. So, do not overestimate the composition.

You can't even imagine that you are already a proponent of proper nutrition. I made a soufflé with pike perch  with rice balls in wine sauce. Or slices of beef tenderloin  with tomatoes stuffed with cauliflower puree. Or veal medallions in Cointreau sauce with fruit garnish.

Japanese cuisine is a benchmark. Right food and moderate consumption.

One or two glasses of wine or beer a day may help prevent heart disease.
