• Day 5

On the fifth day, increase your water intake and be prepared to eat solid foods. It is recommended to drink at least 15 glasses of water. Here you will also devour tomatoes and eat a cup of rice. Six to seven tomatoes a day are recommended, and eating rice for lunch is very healthy. Make sure the rice is pure with no added oil or seasoning.

• Day 6

We're almost there. On the sixth day, you will eat again and drink plenty of water. On this day, I also eat as many vegetables as I want. • Day 7

On this day, you can also  eat a cup of rice, any vegetable you can handle, and  juice of your choice of fruit. Be sure to drink fresh fruit juice with no added sugar or preservatives. Fruit juice helps to cleanse the body, makes you feel full and has lost some weight. Congratulations. You did it!
