Buckwheat diet for weight loss
This diet is called buckwheat because it is a staple food. During the weight loss period, buckwheat becomes the main dish of the day.

After the first "buckwheat week", you need to take a break for at least a month. Then it will not be painful for the body to sit on buckwheat for a week and lose the next 410 kg.
